Accounts & conduct

You must provide accurate information. You may not misuse the site, scrape it in violation of robots policy, interfere with security, or post fraudulent listings. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Listings & payments

Sellers are responsible for accuracy and legal transfer of vehicles. Financing applications are illustrative; approvals are subject to third-party lenders. Any checkout or payment flow should be configured with compliant processors.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect damages arising from use of the marketplace.
